The Benalmádena International College is a private international school which runs from Pre-School, through Primary, Secondary and on to Sixth Form graduation.
Our school follows the British educational model, with which your child will be able to access the best international universities.
From 3 to 5 years old
This is the first stage of our school, where we introduce new concepts to the children which are not always found in their family environment. From the first contact, we teach them our values, learning to respect others and using a code of conduct that makes it easier for them to coexist with their classmates.
From 5 to 12 years old
In Primary we teach a wide variety of subjects. As in the previous stage (preschool), all subjects are taught in English, except for the daily Spanish class (50 minutes). Pupils begin to study French from the last year of Primary (year 7).
From 12 to 16 years old
Each class has a Tutor who has an important role in coordinating the academic progress of their students, as well as their social development. At this level a wide range of subjects are taught, regulated by the British curriculum in preparation for the IGCSE / GCSE courses in Year 10 & 11.
We are working to be able to offer this last stage in the 2024/2025 academic year.
In it we will bring our students even closer to the university world, with the best specific teachers for each subject in order to bring out the full potential of each of our students so that they reach the highest level and gain access to the best international universities.
