Our british educational model allows students to achieve a dual qualification to access Spanish and British universities around the world. The BIC provides a British Curriculum from Early Years Foundation Stage to Sixth Form.
In our recent inspection, in which we received a maximum 4-year accreditation, The Benalmádena International College was recognized for its strong academic performance and the overall well-being of its students. Our private college has been officially inspected and approved by the Spanish Education Authority, which allows the college to teach students to university entrance level.
We currently have over 300 students and 53/54 different nationalities. Many of these children can speak several languages before they reach the senior school.
We are very aware of the problems that bullying generates in pupils, that is why we have an alert and action plan in case we see signs of a possible case.
We appreciate that moving to a new country or even changing schools can be stressful. For this reason, our admissions procedures are quick, easy and most importantly, stress free!
Our private school has always produced a full sports program for its students. It is extremely important to give every pupil the chance to learn and perform as many different sporting activities as possible.
Our private school follows the UK national curriculum and its key stages of learning as outlined below. We also teach a partial Spanish curriculum to a number of students, predominantly Spanish language students and competent Spanish speakers, which allows them to accredit their UK qualifications within the Spanish system at the end of their studies with us.

In addition, our students can choose from several daily menu options. They can even bring their lunch from home for a small monthly fee.
